First Grade Art

First Graders created wonderful drawings of a still life with a teapot. The teapot was drawn as the center of interest of the picture and then a background was added (inside or outside scene). Everyone is starting to understand placement of objects on their paper and how to overlap objects to show space and perspective. Using only red, yellow, and blue they mixed transparent watercolors to paint their pictures.
